(1)Improved and reliable raw material preparation process
The drying and high-pressure grinding process to raw materials guarantees a right particle size and moisture content of feed for pelletizing.
(2) Advanced and reliable mixing, pelletizing, screening and feeding process and equipment
The use of advanced “vertical” mixing process and equipment not only produces better mixed feed but also saves energy. Reliable pelletizing and big-and-small-roller screening process and equipment meet requirements of making “good pellets”; and advanced feeding process ensures that green pellets are well distributed on the travelling grate.
(3) Advanced induration process and equipment
a. advanced travelling grate (in both design and material) and four-section-four-chamber thermal process;
b. advanced short-wide rotary kiln; reliable flexible hydraulic drive; advanced scale seal technology;
c. new circular cooler guarantees best cooling process and maximum waste heat recovery;
(4) Automation control is done by advanced EIC control system and various measuring meters.
(5) High-efficiency de-dusting system and water supply and circulation system (96% water can be reused) guarantee a good plant environment.
