On June 18th, TCS signed an EPS contract with Vietnam Mining Co., to set up a pelletizing
plant with a capacity of 300000 metric ton per year.In the face of bad economy $@2@$ downward
market pressure, especially the recent three years during which the whole industry is going down
despite slight profit being made by large operations, TCS has managed to thrive out of her peers,
$@2@$ ended up a leader in the pelletizing industry.
